Torry Darnell Jones

Torry Darnell Jones, affectionately known as DJ CHILLY CHILL, was born on August 1, 1967, in Houston, Texas. He passed away on June 23, 2025, in Conroe, Texas, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Throughout his life, Torry radiated joy, warmth, and a unique spirit that drew people in. Known for his infectious smile and love for music, he found joy in sharing his talents and passion with family and friends. His vibrant personality and ability to connect with others made a profound impact on everyone around him.

As we remember Torry, we reflect on his love for his community and his desire to make a difference in the lives of those he encountered. He had a gift for making moments special, whether it was through his music or the warmth of his words.

A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor at the Greater Star Missionary Baptist Church located at 5510 Cruse Road, Houston, TX 77016. The viewing will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on July 5, 2025, followed by the celebration at 11:00 AM.

Torry's memory will continue to inspire, comfort, and bring joy to all of those fortunate enough to have known him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
