Marcus Dewayne Irving was born on July 10, 1989 to Carolyn Holden and to Phillip Irving. Marcus was a proud graduate of Barbara Jordan High School for Careers. Although, Marcus did not have any children of his own, he was the proud uncle of two nieces and one nephew. Marcus loved being is the hospitality profession, where he worked as a proud member of the Marriot Hotel Staff. Marcus would do just about anything to get a good card and domino game going while enjoying the company of family and friends.

On April 28 Marcus Dewayne Irving was called home to Glory. He leaves to cherish: (Mother) Carolyn Holden, (Father) Phillip Irving, (Brothers) Terrance Holden and Avery Rogers, (Grandmother) Carol Holden, (Aunt) Lola Holden, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
