Garry Wayde Dunham

It is with deep respect and heartfelt remembrance that we honor the life of Garry Wayde Dunham, who passed away in his hometown of Houston, Texas, on July 25, 2026, at the age of 68.

Born on January 12, 1958, in Houston, Garry was a cherished member of the community whose life was characterized by a profound dedication to family, friends, and the people around him. His journey began in the vibrant city where he would spend both the sunrise and sunset of his life, always grounded by a strong sense of place and belonging.

Garry's life will be commemorated with great affection and respect during a series of services. Family, friends, and all who wish to honor his memory are invited to a Viewing on Friday, August 1, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Fifth Ward Missionary Baptist Church, 4300 Noble Street, Houston, TX 77020. Immediately following the viewing, a Celebration of Life will be held at the same location at 11:00 AM, where memories will be shared and Garry's influence remembered with gratitude. Following these services, Garry will be laid to rest at Paradise North Cemetery, 10401 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77088.
