Effrey Zimberly Thomas

Effrey Zimberly Thomas, a cherished member of the Houston community, passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on December 20, 1960, in Houston, Texas, Effrey spent his life in the city he loved. His presence in the world was characterized by kindness, compassion, and a gentle spirit that touched many lives.

Effrey's journey came to an end in the very city where it began, where he formed lasting memories and relationships that enriched his life. He was known for his warm smile and unwavering support to those around him. Effrey will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A viewing will be held on June 28, 2025, at Boudreaux Family Mortuary located at 7603 Helmers St., Houston, TX 77022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Following the viewing, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same location at 11:00 AM, serving as an opportunity for family and friends to gather in remembrance of Effrey's life and legacy.

Though Effrey has departed from this world, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all.
